1. Data controller
No legal entity, postal address or registered contact has been established for DARK//Codworker. These details must be inserted here before launch — they are intentionally not invented.
2. What this website collects
The public website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Standard server logs of the hosting provider (Cloudflare) may record IP addresses and request metadata for security and abuse prevention.
3. Contact form
Messages submitted through the contact form are stored in the studio database so the studio can reply. They are not shared with third parties and are retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry. Rate limiting is applied to prevent abuse.
4. Administration accounts
Studio administrators authenticate through Firebase Authentication. Email addresses and roles are stored for access control and activity logging. Invitation-based accounts are created only for approved contributors.
5. Your rights
Where applicable law grants access, correction or deletion rights, requests can be submitted through the contact form. The responsible authority details must be added before launch.
6. Changes
This policy will be updated when the studio establishes its legal details or changes its data practices. The review flag on this page disappears only after manual review.
